Letter to Members re: New Statutory Holiday (May 15)

Online Voting has now closed (May 9)
Online voting for the 2012 Election of Directors has now closed. Members may still vote by proxy, or in person at the Annual General Meeting on May 17. Proxies cannot be filed online, and must be returned to the Tourism Whistler offices by 2pm on May 15, 2012.

Tourism Whistler Annual General Meeting
All Members are invited to attend the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Whistler Resort Association on Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, at the Whistler Conference Centre (Garibaldi Room).
The AGM will include a report from Tourism Whistler President & CEO, Barrett Fisher, a 2011/12 Winter Season Summary presentation, highlights from our 2012 summer marketing campaign, as well as voting from the floor and final results of the 2012 Election of Directors.
