2026 Nourish Whistler Wellness Series

Nourish is entering its 6th year as a thoughtfully curated wellness event series that celebrates mind, body, and soul. Developed by Tourism Whistler, in partnership with Watermark Communications, this curated series positions Whistler as a world-class wellness destination during the spring season. The 2026 program features over 100 restorative offerings, from alpine yoga and Valley Trail guided walks to masterclasses and lakeside culinary experiences, led by a roster of more than 40 expert talent. This inclusive, high-quality series is designed to draw both community and visitors into Whistler’s expansive mountain landscapes, with tickets launching in early April.

What’s New for 2026

This year, Tourism Whistler has launched a dedicated brand for the expanded Nourish Whistler Wellness Series – find out more here. Key updates for 2026 include:

  • A new signature venue, The Lookout, a glass-fronted alpine structure on Blackcomb Mountain. Free parking is available in Lot 6. Follow the Nourish signs beside the Three Below Building to access the Blackcomb Ascent Trail, which leads to The Lookout. The walk to the venue takes approximately 7–10 minutes and includes a moderate uphill climb.
  • Expanded programming across yoga, sound baths, talks and hands-on workshops, including topics such as longevity, human design and nature-based healing
  • New biking experiences, including cross-country rides, women’s mountain biking clinics and scenic Valley Trail cruises
  • Ambassador-led hikes on Whistler Blackcomb
  • New talent headliners, including Shayla Stonechild, a Red River Métis and Plains Cree woman who is a well-known Indigenous wellness advocate, author and global yoga teacher


2026 Nourish Key Things to Know

Events & Programming

Throughout the month of June 2026, the Nourish Whistler Wellness Series will offer 100+ unique events including speaker series, masterclasses, and culinary workshops to a selection of movement, mindfulness, arts and nature-based events. The programming is categorized into five pillars to help guests create their ideal experience:

  • Creativity – Express and explore through painting, writing workshops, and more.
  • Culinary – Featuring the return of the Grillin' & Chillin' BBQ Series and Wellness Brunches, plus new culinary experiences.
  • Movement – A range of options from nature walks, workout sessions, and Zumba, to yoga, Pilates, and dance.
  • Discovery – Expert-led speaker series designed for learning, reflection, and personal development.
  • Mindfulness – Sessions focused on stillness and awareness, including forest bathing, breathwork, sound baths and cold plunges.

Key Locations:

  • The Dome, a geodesic dome on Whistler Mountain (ticket buyers will need to purchase a separate Whistler Blackcomb lift pass to attend).
  • A new signature venue, The Lookout, a glass-fronted alpine structure on Blackcomb Mountain.
  • Culinary events at the Station House on the shores of Alta Lake.
  • Outdoor movement classes at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre and the Audain Art Museum, with expanded timeslots to meet demand.

Additional events happening in Whistler during the month of June include:

  • Running, biking and fitness events:
        • June 5 - 7: Blueshore Whistler Half Marathon
        • June 13: Back Forty Marathon XC MTB Race
        • June 20: Tenderfoot Boogie Trail Race

Applications for facilitators, practitioners, creatives, culinary leaders, and thought leaders for the 2026 season have now concluded.

Members can typically participate in Nourish through various models, including independently produced Partner Events, Co-Productions, or Restaurant Participation (menus, wellness dishes, or featured mocktails).

Campaign Dates: April 13 – May 24

Tourism Whistler will also heavily promote across its owned channels including email, blog, social, travel media and web.
