Submit an Event
Thank you for sharing your event for inclusion on the Whistler.com Event Calendar.
Please complete and submit the below form. Tourism Whistler then reviews, edits to ensure consistency, and reserves the right to omit submissions.
Important Instructions
- In order to have your event published, the event description:
- Should be in a format and tone that aligns with the Whistler.com Event Calendar
- Should not include promotions such as drink or menu specials
- Can have an external link for guests to find more information or purchase tickets
- Sub-events (i.e. events that fall under another event, such as Whistler Village Beer Festival or Cornucopia) will not receive separate event listings
- Allow one week for your event to be published.

The Whistler Events Database populates numerous other tools such as the Whistler Events iFrame, Events XML Feed, Whistler Events Calendar and the JSON feed.
